- To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- We do not accept returns for items that have been used or washed.

2. *Return Authorization:* Once we receive your email, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item and an authorization number.
3. *Ship the Item:* Carefully pack the defective item and send it to our office address as provided in the return authorization. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
*Replacement Policy:*
- Instead of a refund, you may exchange the defective item for a new product. After we confirm the defect and receive the returned item, you can place a new order for the product of your choice.
- The replacement process must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the defective product.
